“We recently had to sell my childhood home after my mother passed away earlier in the year. She had lived in the house since 1975. I submitted a online request to Cardinal House Buyers and was contacted within a few minutes. John emailed and Baxter called. They offered a fair price for the house, and we closed when we needed to close. Of course, we did our due diligence and got offers from others as well as the “big boys” like OfferPad and OpenDoor. Cardinal’s offer was fair and reasonable. The best part was that they would buy it “as is,” and we did not have to do anything to the house, except take out what we wanted to keep. They did the rest! Baxter kept in touch throughout the whole process. Overall, it was 5-star+ experience! I would give them more stars if I could! I highly recommend Baxter with Cardinal if you are selling a home “as is” or as part of an estate.”
